STUDY MODES

Learners will not all necessarily have the same learning needs or bring with them the same level of experience. QualityEd therefore works with you at pre-enrolment to determine what study mode suits you best.

Some may have the skills to be assessed via a recognition process whilst others may need to complete the qualification through learning and assessment using our resource tools developed in house that are not only user friendly and engaging but are industry relevant.

QualityEd also offers flexibly delivered workplace-based training and assessment models. That means we come to you! All trainers/assessors employed by QualityEd have extensive industry experience prior to moving into a trainer/assessor role. They understand the multi-faceted roles of those working in the field and how exhausting keeping up with work, study and family commitments can be. This model suits those completing traineeships or apprenticeships or where you are employed in an industry directly linked to your course.

If you like a class-based model, then we can combine a class program with vocational placement (if required) so you not only have face to face, trainer directed learning, but you still have us supporting you in a host workplace for that very important hands on learning component. In a classroom delivery model, you will be trained and assessed through a combination of group discussions, personal reflections, trainer lead discussions, learner guides, assessment booklets and practice scenarios. Class based, although more structured, is a very interactive and supportive mode of study.

Skill Sets

In addition to offering complete qualifications, QualityEd has a variety of Skill Sets available to learners that relate to the industries in which we offer courses. Skill Sets allow individuals to concentrate on particular areas of interest, industry demands or fill gaps in their past formal study. This targeted approach enables learners to gain practical, in-demand skills quickly, making them more relevant and competitive in the job market.

Skill Sets comprise of nationally accredited units of competency, and on completion, a Statement of Attainment will be issued.

Professional Development

Not everyone needs to complete formal study by way of accredited units of competency to acquire new skills or knowledge, but we all need to consider professional development as an essential aspect of career success and satisfaction in today’s competitive and dynamic job market. Professional development is a lifelong journey that empowers individuals to excel in their careers, adapt to changing environments, and achieve personal and professional growth.

Professional Development workshops offered by QualityEd are designed to help individuals learn from experts in their field, gain insights into new methodologies, and stay updated on the latest industry developments.
